Gaetano Righi, a pioneer of viticulture in Emilia, was the first to combine respect for the values of the land and of a winemaking tradition
with an entrepreneurial spirit that was attentive to the evolution of taste and aware of and open to the use of modern technology in the winery.
The Righi Wine Company has always championed the finest Lambrusco grapes of the area and believed in the potential of Pignoletto, a vine which in the early years was virtually unknown. Now the company looks to the future with the knowledge that these appealing semi-sparkling wines from Modena offer a new response to the demands for taste, quality and conviviality.
